Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager (Fire & Gas) to join our team and support ongoing Oil & Gas projects.
This position is ideal for a hands-on professional who understands site realities, enjoys leading teams, and has solid experience delivering Fire & Gas systems from planning through commissioning. If you have worked in active Oil & Gas environments and are confident managing people, schedules, and technical scopes, we would like to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Project Manager (Fire & Gas), you will take full responsibility for project delivery. From early planning and engineering coordination to installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover, you will ensure every stage is completed safely, on time, and to client expectations.
You will work closely with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, clients, and consultants while maintaining strong site presence. The role requires leadership, technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple activities in demanding Oil & Gas locations.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage Fire & Gas projects from start to finish
• Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, and progress reports
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, drawings, and technical submittals
• Oversee procurement and follow up on material deliveries
• Supervise site installation of Fire Alarm and Fire & Gas Detection Systems
• Lead testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and system handover
• Ensure all works comply with project specifications and HSE standards
• Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical or operational issues
• Conduct coordination meetings with clients and consultants
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to achieve quality and timeline targets
• Track project costs, variations, and changes
• Maintain proper documentation including as-built drawings and closeout files
• Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Support inspections, approvals, and final project completion
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience managing Fire & Gas projects in Oil & Gas environments
• Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems and Fire & Gas Detection Systems
• Practical experience in site execution, testing, commissioning, and client coordination
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts under tight deadlines
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with EPC or industrial Oil & Gas projects is highly preferred
