Job Description
We’re currently looking for a skilled and well-organized Project Manager to support an ongoing technical project in coordination with the General Directorate of Civil Défense.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, handling technical operations, and keeping projects on track. If you come from a technical support or IT background and feel confident leading teams while managing project activities, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the project from an administrative, technical, and operational point of view. You’ll act as the main company representative in meetings, manage official communications, and make sure everything runs smoothly between technical teams and project stakeholders.
You’ll also support technicians, follow up on repairs and spare parts, and ensure cybersecurity rules are followed throughout the project.
This position suits someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a structured environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing all administrative, technical, and financial aspects of the project
• Representing the company during meetings and handling official correspondence
• Following up on technical requests, repairs, and spare parts
• Receiving and delivering project-related documents
• Managing technician administration such as leave, contracts, and complaints
• Coordinating daily activities with IT and technical teams
• Overseeing maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners
• Supporting hardware troubleshooting, assembly, and repairs
• Ensuring cybersecurity policies are followed at all times
• Keeping project records organized and up to date
• Preparing basic reports and updates for management
• Making sure timelines and deliverables are met
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma in Technical Support, Computer Maintenance, IT, or a related field
• Experience maintaining computers, printers, and office hardware
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+ or similar
• Hands-on experience with hardware assembly and troubleshooting
• Background in electronics maintenance is a strong plus
• Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
• Comfortable communicating in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong coordination and leadership skills
• Professional attitude with attention to detail
