Full-Time Qatar Infrastructure Projects Hiring Safety Officers
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HSE Officer (Sahgal Approved) to become part of our growing team. We are searching for someone who is committed to workplace safety, understands Qatar construction standards, and can confidently manage health and safety procedures on site.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in construction, infrastructure, civil, or MEP projects who are ready to take the next step in their career with a professional and supportive company.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Monitoring daily site activities to ensure all safety procedures are properly followed
- Making sure the project complies with Sahgal regulations and Qatar HSE standards
- Conducting regular safety inspections and identifying potential hazards
- Organizing toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for workers and staff
- Preparing safety reports, incident investigations, and site documentation
- Ensuring workers are using the correct PPE and following site safety rules
- Working closely with engineers, supervisors, and project teams to maintain a safe working environment
- Supporting emergency response planning and accident prevention measures
What We Are Looking For:
- Valid Sahgal Approval is mandatory
- Previous experience as an HSE Officer in Qatar or GCC projects
- Good knowledge of construction safety regulations and site operations
- NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or similar safety certification is preferred
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and handle site responsibilities professionally
- Candidates available for immediate joining will have an advantage
