We’re on the lookout for a capable and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager who enjoys working with people and knows how to keep a restaurant running smoothly. If you have at least 1 year of experience and are ready to take on more responsibility, this could be a great fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations—making sure everything runs efficiently, the team stays motivated, and every guest leaves satisfied. It’s a hands-on position where your leadership and attention to detail will really make a difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supporting, guiding, and motivating the team
- Making sure customers receive friendly and efficient service
- Keeping an eye on food quality, presentation, and service standards
- Managing stock, placing orders, and controlling costs
- Handling customer feedback and resolving any issues quickly
- Ensuring cleanliness and proper hygiene standards are always maintained
- Coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Monitoring billing, cash handling, and basic reports
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Someone who can stay organized and calm in a busy environment
- A problem-solver who can think on their feet
- Basic knowledge of POS systems or billing software is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
