Job Description
We’re currently looking for Safety Supervisors (Non-Aramco) to join a well-established project in Saudi Arabia. If you have solid experience in construction safety, site supervision, and risk management, this could be a great chance to secure a stable, long-term role in the GCC.
This position is ideal for someone who takes safety seriously, can manage site risks confidently, and knows how to maintain proper safety standards on active project sites.
Job Role: Safety Supervisor (Non-Aramco)
In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all safety procedures are followed on-site. From daily inspections to guiding workers on safe practices, your contribution will play a key part in maintaining a secure work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping a close eye on site safety and daily operations
- Carrying out regular inspections and risk assessments
- Making sure all workers are using proper PPE at all times
- Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Reporting and handling incidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions
- Supporting the team in following company and local safety standards
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2+ years of experience in construction or industrial safety
- Good understanding of HSE practices and safety regulations
- Experience with site supervision, audits, and reporting
- Certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH will be an added advantage
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
