About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key part in expanding our business. Your main focus will be identifying new opportunities, approaching potential clients, and converting discussions into confirmed projects. From the first conversation to final deal closure, you’ll manage the entire sales process.
You’ll also work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers once projects are secured, helping maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Searching for and identifying new business opportunities
- Reaching out to potential clients and generating quality leads
- Meeting clients and presenting company services confidently
- Preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
- Closing projects and meeting agreed sales targets
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Following up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
- Keeping track of sales progress and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Strong track record of securing projects and closing deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in handling clients and building trust
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
