Job Description
We are currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to support daily sales activities, admin work, and basic accounts tasks. If you’re someone who likes keeping things organized, following up on tasks, and working closely with a team, this role could be a good fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups
- Preparing quotations, handling orders, and responding to customer inquiries
- Taking care of documentation, filing, and general admin work
- Assisting with invoicing and basic accounts-related tasks
- Keeping track of orders and updating records regularly
- Coordinating with warehouse or logistics teams to ensure smooth deliveries
- Communicating with clients and internal teams when needed
- Making sure everything runs smoothly and on time
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales coordination, admin, or similar roles
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounts or invoicing is a plus
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia or Gulf countries
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer handling
- Candidates who can join quickly
