Manal Industrial Services is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales & Purchase Executive specializing in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) materials to join its team in Ad Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both sales and purchasing, a strong understanding of industrial electrical and instrumentation products, and the ability to develop reliable relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.

Sales & Purchase Executive – Electrical & Instrumentation Materials

📍 Location: Ad Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell a wide range of Electrical & Instrumentation materials to industrial and commercial customers.
• Identify new customers and develop business opportunities within the Saudi market.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Handle the complete purchasing and sourcing process for E&I materials.
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate competitive prices and commercial terms.
• Request and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive sourcing.
• Prepare customer quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding order confirmations, availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor pending orders and ensure materials are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and convert suitable opportunities into confirmed sales.
• Maintain updated records of customers, suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, and sales activities.
• Monitor market prices, product availability, supplier capabilities, and industry trends.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Explore opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and long-term customer relationships.

Product Knowledge

Candidates should have good practical knowledge of Electrical & Instrumentation materials and industrial products, including:

• Electrical cables and wires
• Sensors
• Transmitters
• PLCs and automation components
• Control panels
• Switches and electrical accessories
• Valves
• Pressure, temperature, and other industrial gauges
• Instrumentation equipment
• Industrial electrical materials
• Industrial instrumentation materials
• Related MRO and industrial products

Experience with additional industrial product categories will be an advantage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and purchasing of Electrical & Instrumentation materials.
• Strong product knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, automation, and industrial products.
• Experience dealing with suppliers, vendors, distributors, and sourcing channels.
• Ability to identify suitable suppliers and negotiate competitive commercial terms.
• Strong understanding of quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to generate new business and develop long-term customer accounts.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabia or GCC market is an advantage.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, commercially aware, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with sales, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Ideal Candidate

The preferred candidate will be someone who understands both sides of the business — selling E&I products to customers and sourcing those materials efficiently from suppliers.

Experience with an established customer and supplier network in Dammam, Eastern Province, or the wider Saudi industrial market will be highly valuable.
