About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll manage existing customer accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with clients in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, understanding their needs and recommending the right spare parts and solutions.
Your ability to communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and close deals confidently will directly contribute to the company’s success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining regular communication
- Building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within current accounts
- Generating new leads and expanding the customer base
- Preparing quotations and pricing proposals
- Negotiating terms and closing sales
- Following up on orders to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
- Keeping accurate sales records and reports
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial spare parts or a related field
- Experience in B2B or technical sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A confident, target-driven mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM systems preferred)
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude
