Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia and support our expansion across Riyadh and nearby regions.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting clients, identifying new business opportunities, and turning ideas into successful projects. If you have experience in B2B sales, enterprise solutions, telecom, IT, ELV systems, or smart technology solutions, we would love to hear from you.

Our company works with advanced enterprise and smart technology solutions including ICT connectivity, DIA, VDI, IoT solutions, LED displays, smart terminals, robotics, smart cleaning systems, and selected China-to-Saudi technology products. We serve clients across multiple industries including education, healthcare, telecom, construction, facility management, industrial sectors, and government-related organizations.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow new enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia, especially in Riyadh and surrounding areas
  • Meet with potential clients and build strong professional relationships
  • Visit schools, hospitals, industrial companies, EPC contractors, telecom companies, facility management firms, and other corporate organizations
  • Identify project opportunities, client requirements, budgets, and procurement timelines
  • Arrange meetings, product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with clients
  • Coordinate with internal technical and management teams to ensure smooth project progress
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, contracts, and payment processes
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular business development reports
  • Build long-term relationships with partners, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers

Requirements

  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in Saudi Arabia
  • Previous experience in any of the following industries is highly preferred:
    • ICT & Telecom
    • ELV & Low Current Systems
    • IT Solutions & System Integration
    • Facility Management
    • Smart Building Solutions
    • CCTV, Security & Access Control
    • Enterprise or Project Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets
  • Comfortable with client visits and field sales activities
  • Good command of both Arabic and English
  • Transferable Iqama preferred
  • Saudi driving license and own vehicle preferred
  • Ability to manage reports, sales pipelines, and business follow-ups professionally
