Job Description
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take charge of the project’s commercial side. From budgeting and cost planning to contract management and reporting, your work will play a big part in keeping the project financially on track.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing project budgets, cost control, and financial planning
- Preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
- Handling contracts, variations, and claims efficiently
- Monitoring project expenses and preparing regular cost reports
- Working closely with engineers, project managers, and clients
- Supporting key commercial and financial decisions throughout the project
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Good understanding of contracts, cost management, and commercial processes
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with confidence
- Clear communication and good coordination skills
- A detail-oriented and commercially aware mindset
