We are currently looking for an experienced and certified Safety Officer to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects in Saudi Arabia. If you have a strong background in site safety, understand how to manage risks effectively, and are confident working in fast-paced project environments, this role could be a great fit for you.
We’re searching for someone who takes safety seriously—not just as a requirement, but as a responsibility. You’ll be part of a team that values practical safety measures, clear communication, and a proactive approach to preventing incidents.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily safety practices on-site and making sure everything runs according to HSE standards
- Identifying potential risks before they become real problems
- Carrying out site inspections and ensuring all safety measures are properly followed
- Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers and staff
- Making sure everyone is using the correct PPE at all times
- Investigating incidents (if any) and helping prevent them from happening again
- Keeping safety records, reports, and documentation organized and up to date
- Working closely with supervisors and project teams to maintain a safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects
- Valid Aramco approval as a Safety Officer
- NEBOSH and OSHA certifications are a must
- Good understanding of safety systems like PTW (Permit to Work) and risk assessments
- Someone who communicates clearly and can guide teams effectively
- Ability to stay alert, responsible, and proactive on-site
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working on the Amaral Project or similar large-scale projects
- GCC project experience
- Additional safety certifications
