Full-Time Urgent Hiring Safety Officers – Dubai Construction Jobs UAE
Job Description
We’re currently looking for experienced Safety Officers to join our team for ongoing villa construction projects in Dubai. If you have hands-on experience in construction safety within the UAE or GCC and are passionate about maintaining a safe work environment, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making sure everything on-site runs safely and smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Keeping the site compliant with UAE safety rules and HSE standards
- Carrying out regular site inspections and identifying any risks or hazards
- Conducting toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers
- Ensuring all team members are using the correct PPE at all times
- Preparing safety reports, incident records, and documentation
- Investigating any incidents and helping prevent future risks
- Working closely with engineers, supervisors, and site teams to maintain a safe work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in UAE or GCC construction projects
- Experience in villa or residential construction projects is highly preferred
- A relevant degree or diploma in HSE, Safety, or Engineering
- Certifications like NEBOSH or IOSH will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of construction safety practices and regulations in UAE
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Candidates with previous Dubai villa project experience
- Those who are currently available in the UAE and can join immediately
