Job Description
We’re currently looking for a skilled and dependable Site Supervisor with strong experience in waterproofing works to join our construction team in Bahrain. This role is perfect for someone who understands site operations, knows waterproofing systems well, and can confidently manage daily activities on active project sites.

About the Role
As our Site Supervisor – Waterproofing, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all waterproofing activities on site. From coordinating workers to checking work quality and ensuring safety standards, your role will be key in delivering projects on time and to specification.
You’ll work closely with engineers, technicians, and suppliers while managing manpower and materials. This position suits someone who enjoys being on-site, solving problems, and keeping projects moving forward.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supervising waterproofing works such as membranes, coatings, and sealants
• Managing daily site activities and labour teams
• Making sure waterproofing installations meet drawings and quality standards
• Coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitoring progress and giving regular updates to management
• Ensuring all safety rules and site procedures are followed
• Planning materials and handling site logistics
• Supporting inspections and quality checks
• Maintaining basic site records and documentation
• Resolving minor site issues and assisting with technical matters
• Helping ensure projects are completed on schedule
What We’re Looking For
• Civil Engineer or Diploma Holder
• Strong experience in waterproofing works and site supervision
• Good knowledge of waterproofing materials and application methods
• Background in construction site management
• Valid Bahrain Driving License
• Must be available for immediate joining
• Local transfer candidates only (Bahrain)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Able to work independently on busy construction sites
• Professional attitude with strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
