Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant & Administration professional to join our team in Saudi Arabia. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organized, and supporting day-to-day business operations, this role could be a great fit for you. It’s a balanced position where you’ll handle both accounting tasks and administrative responsibilities while contributing to the company’s growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Keeping accounts up to date by recording invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting sales audits by ensuring all entries are properly tracked
- Monitoring expenses and carrying out cost control to improve efficiency
- Preparing monthly reports, including stock updates and purchase forecasts
- Handling basic accounts tasks like receivables, payables, and reconciliations
- Working with ERP software to manage and track financial data
- Assisting management with reports and insights to help improve sales performance
- Taking care of general administrative tasks and maintaining organized documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in accounting and administration
- Good understanding of ERP or accounting software (such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar)
- Comfortable working with Excel and basic financial reports
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- A valid driving license is required
- Someone who is organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Saudi nationals are preferred
