Job Description
We are currently hiring a Software Warehouse Assistant for our warehouse facility located in Al Khumra, Jeddah. We are looking for someone who is responsible, well-organized, and experienced in handling warehouse operations and inventory systems.

As part of our warehouse team, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate stock management, and timely shipment handling. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of maintaining proper inventory records using ERP software.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments in an organized and timely manner
- Update stock and shipment details accurately in the ERP inventory system
- Verify delivery notes, receipt documents, and shipment quantities
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse activities
- Support regular stock counts and inventory checking procedures
- Report any shortages, damages, or stock discrepancies immediately
- Arrange and organize warehouse materials properly for quick and efficient dispatch
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and team members regarding deliveries
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory records
- Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and efficiently managed
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory-related work
- Experience using ERP software, especially inventory management modules
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock handling
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work as part of a team
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia will be preferred
