Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about accounting and want to build a stable career in the finance field. Both experienced candidates and freshers with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
The selected candidate will be involved in day-to-day accounting activities, invoice handling, bookkeeping, financial record maintenance, and reporting tasks. Candidates who have experience in the printing or advertising industry will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial entries
- Prepare invoices, payment records, and expense details
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Perform bookkeeping and data entry with accuracy
- Update and maintain financial documents and reports
- Assist in preparing monthly accounts and statements
- Support bank reconciliation and payment tracking
- Use Tally ERP and ERP Next software for accounting tasks
- Coordinate with the finance team for routine accounting operations
- Ensure all financial records are properly organized and updated
Candidate Requirements
- Basic accounting knowledge is required
- Knowledge of Tally ERP and ERP Next software is mandatory
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and reporting
- Ability to handle invoices and accounting documentation
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Responsible attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in printing or advertising companies will be an advantage
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply
