Job Description
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Female Executive Assistant to work directly with our Business Director. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized, professional, and eager to be involved in business operations, sales support, marketing activities, and client relationship management.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting daily business activities, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to the company’s growth and success. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to the Business Director.
- Assist with sales and marketing activities and support business development initiatives.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Prepare business correspondence, presentations, reports, proposals, and other documentation.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities.
- Handle back-office operations and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support client relationship management and ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and help facilitate successful deal closures.
- Use modern digital tools, including AI applications and ChatGPT, to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Candidate Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal and written abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, ChatGPT, and digital productivity platforms.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
- Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and committed to achieving business objectives.
