Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in expanding our business presence across Bahrain and the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing corporate accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and consistently delivering revenue growth.
About the Role
As a Sales & Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, and developing strategies that contribute to the company’s long-term growth. You will work closely with decision-makers, understand client requirements, and provide solutions that create value for both the client and the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Bahrain and the GCC.
- Build strong relationships with companies, organizations, and key stakeholders.
- Generate and convert leads into long-term corporate clients.
- Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies.
- Manage the complete sales process, from initial contact to successful contract closure.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and business proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential growth opportunities.
- Maintain existing accounts and continuously look for opportunities to expand business relationships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development.
- Strong network of business contacts within Bahrain and the GCC region.
- Demonstrated success in securing corporate accounts and generating new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results under pressure.
- Strong presentation and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English is essential. Arabic language skills will be considered an added advantage.
