Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and experienced Salesman/Saleslady to join our bakery and pastry products team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be responsible for introducing our delicious bakery and pastry products to new and existing customers, strengthening client relationships, and helping us grow our presence in the market. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in the food industry, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Responsibilities
- Promote and sell our bakery and pastry products to retail and wholesale customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer network
- Visit customers regularly and present products, offers, and promotions
- Follow up on inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Understand customer needs and provide excellent service and support
- Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales is required
- Experience in the bakery, pastry, food, or FMCG industry will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-oriented
- Valid driving licence is preferred
- Knowledge of the local market in Dammam and the Eastern Province is an added advantage
