Job Description
We are looking for a talented and hands-on Mobile, Tablet and Laptop Repair Technician to join our growing Facility Management (FM) Company. If you are passionate about repairing electronic devices and have experience diagnosing and fixing technical issues, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faults in mobile phones, tablets, and laptops.
- Troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues.
- Replace and repair components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, keyboards, speakers, cameras, RAM, SSDs, and motherboards.
- Install and configure operating systems, drivers, applications, and antivirus software.
- Perform software updates, system recovery, and data backup when required.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and quality checks to ensure devices are working efficiently.
- Maintain repair records and ensure high standards of service quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mobile, tablet, and laptop repair and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of hardware diagnostics, software troubleshooting, and electronic device servicing.
- Experience repairing devices from major brands such as Apple, Samsung, HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, and Asus is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks effectively.
- Technical certifications in mobile repair, computer hardware, or electronics will be an added advantage.
