Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Bahrain and help expand our presence in the growing takeaway food packaging market.

In this role, you’ll work closely with restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, catering companies, and other food service businesses, offering high-quality paper-based packaging solutions that meet their everyday operational needs. If you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and creating long-term partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify and connect with new restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, bakeries, and catering companies across Bahrain.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers.
  • Present and promote our range of food packaging products and customised packaging solutions.
  • Secure long-term supply agreements and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Grow existing customer accounts by introducing new products and increasing order volumes.
  • Keep an eye on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth plans.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Has

  • At least 5 years of experience in food packaging sales, disposable products, FMCG sales, or B2B business development within Bahrain or the GCC.
  • A proven track record of winning new business and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • An existing network within the restaurant, café, hospitality, or food service industry would be a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality with a passion for achieving results.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Leadership qualities and the ambition to progress into a managerial role and build a successful sales team.
