As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing directly to the company’s growth. You will have the freedom to work independently, develop your professional network, and be rewarded based on your performance and results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business clients.
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across different industries and markets.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend solutions that add real value to their businesses.
- Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and successfully closing deals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documentation professionally and accurately.
- Maintain customer records and track sales activities using SAP and CRM systems.
- Use Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams, for reporting, communication, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project delivery.
- Attend client meetings, business presentations, and networking opportunities to expand business relationships.
- Build long-term partnerships and consistently deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or corporate sales.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and business development strategies.
- Practical experience working with SAP software and CRM platforms.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
