About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and strengthening our presence across Saudi Arabia’s rapidly growing construction sector. You will work closely with key stakeholders, build strategic relationships, and contribute directly to the company’s growth and success.
You will be involved in developing opportunities across industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, while helping the company position itself for upcoming developments and large-scale projects throughout the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, government entities, and private clients.
- Prepare and oversee technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet client expectations and project requirements.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming developments across Saudi Arabia.
- Explore opportunities related to major initiatives, including NEOM, Public Investment Fund (PIF) projects, and Eastern Province developments.
- Represent the company during client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project planning and business delivery.
- Provide regular business reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
We are seeking a candidate who brings both experience and industry knowledge, along with the ability to create lasting business relationships.
The ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 10 years of business development experience in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the Dammam and Al Khobar markets, as well as the broader Saudi construction sector.
- Strong understanding of Saudi construction regulations, tendering procedures, and project acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be considered a significant advantage.
- A valid Saudi Iqama and Driving License.
- A proven track record of securing high-value contracts and contributing to business growth.
