Job Description

We currently looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to join our growing team.

We are searching for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment and can confidently handle administrative responsibilities, office coordination, documentation, and daily support tasks. This role is perfect for candidates looking to build a stable career in office administration, back-office operations, office support, and administrative management in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a professional and efficient manner.

Qualified and experienced candidates will also be provided with a visa.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and office support to management and staff
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence professionally
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and important documents
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other office documents
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office activities
  • Welcome visitors and assist clients in a professional manner
  • Support day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing when required
  • Assist different departments with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of company records and information
  • Ensure the office environment remains organized and professional at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, office support, or clerical work is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
