Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated and well-organized GRO / Administration Officer to become part of our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands Saudi government procedures, employee documentation, visa processing, and HR administration support. If you have experience working with platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher Business, and other government portals, we would like to hear from you.

As a GRO / Administration Officer, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth communication between the company and government departments while supporting HR and administrative operations on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle all government-related transactions and documentation for the company.
  • Coordinate with Saudi government departments, ministries, and online portals.
  • Process employee Iqama issuance, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
  • Manage work visas, exit/re-entry visas, final exit procedures, and labour-related documentation.
  • Maintain and update company accounts on Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Absher Business, Balady, Saudi Business Center, and MOC portals.
  • Ensure all company documents, licenses, and registrations are renewed on time.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding, employee files, contracts, and documentation.
  • Monitor expiry dates for Iqamas, licenses, work permits, passports, and insurance documents to avoid penalties.
  • Keep proper records of all administrative and government transactions.
  • Prepare reports and updates related to employee and company documentation.
  • Ensure the company follows Saudi labour laws and government regulations at all times.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience as a GRO / Administration Officer in Saudi Arabia.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi government procedures and online systems.
  • Familiarity with labour law procedures, visa processing, and company documentation.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good organizational and computer skills.
  • Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates with a transferable Iqama are preferred.
