We are currently looking for a professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the director and ensuring that daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for handling schedules, coordinating meetings, organizing documents, supporting project activities, and assisting with communication between departments, clients, and stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has strong communication skills, and enjoys managing administrative and coordination tasks professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

Administrative Support

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the director
  • Managing schedules, appointments, meetings, and correspondence
  • Organizing files, reports, and important company documents
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials when required

Project & Marketing Coordination

  • Assisting with the coordination of marketing campaigns and business projects
  • Supporting project planning, scheduling, and follow-up activities
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Helping monitor project progress and prepare updates for management

Communication & Team Coordination

  • Acting as a point of contact between management, staff, clients, and stakeholders
  • Supporting communication and coordination between departments
  • Assisting with meeting arrangements, presentations, and event coordination
  • Maintaining professional communication across all business activities

Office & Documentation Management

  • Maintaining organized records and filing systems
  • Ensuring documents and reports are properly updated and accessible
  • Handling confidential information professionally
  • Supporting general office administration and daily operational activities

What We Are Looking For

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • 3 – 4 years of experience in executive assistance, office administration, or coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
  • Good problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in office software and computer systems
