Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Fit-out Engineer (Civil) to join its growing team. If you have a strong background in interior fit-out projects, civil works, and site coordination, this could be a great opportunity to advance your career in Qatar’s construction industry.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage site activities, coordinate with different teams, and ensure projects are completed smoothly, safely, and on time. Candidates with experience in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects will be highly preferred.
About the Role
As a Fit-out Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising interior fit-out and civil works at project sites, ensuring all activities are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage daily site operations effectively.
Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and fit-out works
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Review project drawings, technical details, and work schedules
- Ensure work is completed according to project timelines and quality standards
- Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues when required
- Monitor material usage and coordinate procurement requirements
- Prepare site progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Ensure safety procedures and company standards are followed at all times
- Support project execution for civil finishing and interior fit-out works
Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of local experience in Qatar
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
- Experience in interior fit-out and civil construction projects
- Good knowledge of project coordination and site supervision
- Familiarity with AutoCAD drawings and construction standards
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently
- Candidates currently available in Qatar will be preferred
Preferred Experience

- Office and commercial fit-outs

- Restaurant and café interiors
- Villa renovation and residential projects
- Hospitality and hotel fit-out works
