We’re growing our team for an iconic 5-star hotel construction project in Medina, Saudi Arabia, and we’re looking for a skilled Site Engineer – Mechanical to join us on this landmark development. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing day-to-day mechanical site activities, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems
- Coordinating closely with electrical teams, civil engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Making sure all work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications
- Reviewing drawings, resolving site issues, and keeping work on track
- Monitoring progress, manpower, and materials on-site
- Supporting testing, commissioning, and final handover activities
- Preparing regular site reports and updates for the project team
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Solid experience working as a Mechanical Site Engineer or MEP Engineer
- Background in 5-star hotel projects or high-rise buildings is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Familiarity with industry standards like ASHRAE and NFPA is a plus
- Comfortable using tools like AutoCAD and MS Office
- Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage site challenges confidently
Additional Details
- Iqama Status: Non-transferable initially (transfer possible after 3 months probation)
