About the Role
As an Architect Draftsman / Designer, you will be responsible for preparing architectural drawings, design layouts, 3D concepts, and detailed shop drawings for various construction and fit-out projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure designs are accurate, functional, and aligned with project requirements.
We are looking for someone creative, technically skilled, and capable of managing multiple design tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and detailed layouts
- Creating 2D and 3D design concepts for commercial and residential projects
- Developing interior fit-out and shop drawings with proper detailing
- Coordinating with engineers, consultants, and project teams during execution
- Updating and revising drawings based on project needs and client feedback
- Ensuring all drawings meet Qatar construction standards and project specifications
- Supporting design presentations, space planning, and material selection
- Visiting project sites when required for measurements and coordination
- Maintaining organized project documentation and drawing records
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field
- Previous experience as an Architect Draftsman / Designer in Qatar or GCC is preferred
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, or similar software
- Experience in architectural, construction, or interior fit-out projects
- Good understanding of technical drawings and construction details
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
