We’re currently on the lookout for a talented and experienced Architectural Site Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy being on-site, take pride in delivering high-quality finishes, and know how to keep things running smoothly across different teams — this could be a great fit for you.
This role is perfect for someone who understands the practical side of construction, especially finishing works, interior fit-outs, and façade elements, and can confidently handle day-to-day site activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be closely involved in the execution of architectural works on-site. From reviewing drawings to making sure the final finish meets expectations, you’ll be a key part of turning plans into reality.
You’ll also be working side by side with civil and MEP teams, making sure everything aligns properly and no details are missed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and supervise all architectural works on-site
- Keep a close eye on finishing works like painting, flooring, ceilings, doors, and façade elements
- Review shop drawings and ensure work is carried out as per approved plans
- Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical teams to avoid delays or conflicts
- Track site progress and share regular updates with the Project Manager
- Make sure materials and workmanship meet required quality standards (QA/QC)
- Spot issues early and resolve them before they impact the project
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and within project timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in construction companies
- Strong hands-on experience in finishing works and site supervision
- Experience in GCC projects will be an added advantage
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and site coordination
