What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of our BIM and design team, you will be responsible for developing accurate architectural BIM models, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and supporting project delivery through efficient BIM workflows and technical documentation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and upgrading BIM models from LOD 300 to LOD 400
- Creating customized and parametric Revit families for architectural elements
- Preparing detailed architectural shop drawings for:
- Doors and windows
- Facade systems
- Architectural finishes
- Interior fit-out works
- Cladding and support elements
- Coordinating with Architecture, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project integration
- Performing clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
- Tracking issues and managing workflows through BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Supporting design coordination from concept stage through final submission
- Maintaining BIM standards, documentation accuracy, and project quality requirements
What We’re Looking For:
We are searching for someone who is technically strong, organized, and passionate about BIM and architectural coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a BIM-focused architectural role
- Strong expertise in:
- Autodesk Revit
- BIM modelling and coordination
- Revit family creation
- Architectural documentation
- Good experience with Navisworks clash detection
- Understanding of BIM standards and LOD requirements
- Ability to prepare detailed and accurate shop drawings
- AutoCAD knowledge is preferred
- Experience with BIM 360 / ACC will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with project teams
