Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Executive / Manager to join our growing team in Bahrain. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building strong relationships, and turning opportunities into successful partnerships.

About the Role

As our Business Development professional, you’ll play an important part in helping the company grow. Your day-to-day work will involve finding new clients, building lasting relationships, and closing deals that move the business forward.

You’ll work closely with management to develop growth strategies, explore new markets, and strengthen our presence across Bahrain. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s confident, driven, and ready to take ownership of results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Finding and developing new business opportunities
• Reaching out to potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
• Preparing proposals and presenting company services
• Negotiating terms and closing deals
• Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
• Keeping track of leads and sales activities
• Staying updated on market trends and competitors
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to company growth
• Representing the company professionally in meetings and events
• Sharing ideas to improve services and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
• Good understanding of the Bahraini business market
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence in generating leads and closing deals
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
• Organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated attitude
• Valid Bahraini driving license is preferred
• Professional, friendly, and relationship-focused approach
