Full-Time Urgent Female Staff Requirement for Visa Consultancy and Ticketing Services
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Female Visa Consultant / Sales Staff / Ticket Agent to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a successful career in the travel and tourism industry.
Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with visa applications and guide them through the required documentation and procedures.
- Handle flight bookings, ticket reservations, rebookings, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries.
- Provide professional advice on visa requirements, travel regulations, and available travel services.
- Promote visa services, airline tickets, and travel packages to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person visits.
- Prepare quotations, travel itineraries, invoices, and other necessary documents.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, applications, and customer information.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service and timely support.
- Work towards achieving sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a travel agency, visa consultancy, airline ticketing, tourism, sales, or customer service role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
- Honest, dedicated, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
