Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked in the manpower outsourcing or recruitment industry and understands how to build strong business relationships with companies that require workforce solutions.
As a Business Development Manager, your main focus will be on growing the company’s client base by connecting with organizations that need reliable manpower services. You will meet with HR managers, procurement teams, and company decision-makers, understand their staffing needs, and introduce our manpower outsourcing and recruitment solutions.
This role is well suited for professionals who enjoy meeting clients, building long-term partnerships, and turning opportunities into successful business agreements.
About the Role
In this role, you will help the company expand its presence in the Saudi manpower and recruitment market by identifying new business opportunities and securing manpower supply contracts.
You will actively reach out to companies that require skilled and unskilled manpower, arrange meetings with their HR or management teams, and present suitable workforce solutions. Once a client shows interest, you will guide them through the process, negotiate service terms, and ensure that agreements are finalized smoothly.
After securing a contract, you will also work closely with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure the right candidates are deployed and that the client receives reliable service.
The position requires someone who is confident, professional, and comfortable communicating with clients from different industries.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify new companies that require manpower outsourcing and recruitment services
- Approach potential clients and introduce our staffing and workforce solutions
- Build new business opportunities and secure manpower supply projects
Client Meetings and Negotiations
- Conduct meetings with HR managers, procurement teams, and company management
- Present manpower services and explain how our recruitment solutions can support their operations
- Negotiate manpower supply contracts and service agreements
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Ensure clients are satisfied with the services provided
- Support clients with ongoing manpower requirements and workforce planning
Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to fulfill client requirements
- Ensure manpower deployment happens smoothly and on time
- Monitor progress and provide updates to clients when necessary
Business Growth
- Look for new opportunities in sectors such as construction, logistics, facilities management, engineering, and industrial services
- Contribute to achieving the company’s sales and growth targets
- Help strengthen the company’s presence in the Saudi manpower outsourcing market
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business development within manpower outsourcing or recruitment agencies
- Good understanding of the Saudi manpower and recruitment market
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into successful business deals
- Target-driven and motivated to achieve business goals
- English language proficiency is required
- Arabic language skills are preferred
