We are currently seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Spare Parts Salesman to join our team. If you have a strong background in automotive spare parts sales and are familiar with Hyundai, Kia, and Chinese vehicle spare parts, this could be an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, has excellent product knowledge, and can confidently identify and recommend the right spare parts for various vehicle models. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting customers, driving sales, and ensuring smooth day-to-day spare parts operations.
About the Role
As a Spare Parts Salesman, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their spare parts requirements, preparing quotations, processing orders, and providing professional support throughout the sales process. You will work closely with workshop teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure that the correct parts are supplied efficiently and on time.
Your ability to identify automotive parts accurately and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the correct spare parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Identify parts using vehicle details, chassis numbers, and parts catalogues.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams regarding stock availability.
- Follow up on pending orders and customer requests.
- Ensure all sales transactions and records are maintained accurately.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.
- Stay updated on new vehicle models, spare parts information, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive spare parts sales is essential.
- Strong knowledge of Hyundai, Kia, and Chinese vehicle spare parts.
- Excellent spare parts identification skills.
- Good understanding of automotive components and vehicle systems.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Transferable Iqama is required.
