About the Opportunity
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day activities and ensuring operations run smoothly across different departments and project sites. The role requires someone who can manage teams effectively, coordinate with clients professionally, and maintain high operational standards while supporting business growth.
You will work closely with recruitment teams, sales staff, project coordinators, and management to ensure all operational requirements are handled efficiently and on time.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily operational activities across ongoing projects
- Coordinate recruitment activities including interviews, candidate selection, and manpower mobilization
- Maintain smooth communication with clients regarding project and staffing requirements
- Supervise manpower supply operations and workforce deployment
- Support and oversee equipment rental operations and industrial service activities
- Coordinate plant services, maintenance works, and contracting-related operations
- Lead and motivate sales teams while assigning and monitoring business targets
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation activities
- Ensure operational efficiency, timely reporting, and proper coordination between departments
- Handle client requirements professionally and maintain strong business relationships
- Assist management in improving operational performance and project execution
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in Saudi Arabia
- Strong background in recruitment, manpower supply, contracting, equipment rentals, and maintenance services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple operations and teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of operational procedures and client coordination
- Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory
- Transferable Iqama is required
- Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia will be preferred
- Immediate joiners are highly welcome
