What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify new opportunities to grow hospital services and increase revenue
- Connect with doctors, clinics, corporates, and insurance providers to build strong referral networks
- Promote hospital services and create awareness to increase patient inflow
- Understand client and patient needs, and align services accordingly
- Plan and support marketing activities, outreach programs, and campaigns
- Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and performance using CRM tools and reports
- Work closely with internal teams to improve patient experience and service quality
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the healthcare sector
- Consistently work towards achieving monthly and quarterly targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in hospital business development, healthcare management, or medical marketing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of how hospitals and healthcare services operate
- Ability to handle corporate tie-ups, partnerships, and insurance coordination
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, and reporting
- A self-driven and target-focused mindset

- Experience working in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations
- Exposure to medical tourism or international patient handling
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing, branding, or digital promotion
