Job Description
We are currently hiring a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer with strong experience in building construction and site execution for ongoing and upcoming projects in Bahrain.
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage construction activities on-site, coordinate with different project teams, and ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to approved standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on GCC construction experience and a solid understanding of civil engineering practices, project coordination, and quality control.

Job Responsibilities
As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and supervising daily construction activities while ensuring projects are completed on time and according to quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and organizing civil and building construction activities.
- Supervising site operations and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitoring project progress and ensuring work is completed within approved timelines and budgets.
- Ensuring all construction work complies with safety regulations, engineering standards, and project specifications.
- Reviewing drawings, technical documents, and site requirements before execution.
- Establishing site levels and carrying out accurate building setting out.
- Preparing quantity calculations and material estimations based on drawings and actual project needs.
- Monitoring workmanship quality and implementing quality control procedures.
- Preparing daily and weekly progress reports for management.
- Coordinating with the Project Manager and General Manager regarding site progress and technical matters.
- Maintaining proper project documentation and records throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of GCC experience in civil or building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction methods, and project execution.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in quantity estimation and construction material calculations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities professionally.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction-related software will be an added advantage.
- Candidates currently available in Bahrain will be preferred.
