Job Description
We’re currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team and lead major building projects. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong Gulf construction experience who enjoys managing site operations, leading teams, and delivering projects successfully.

About the Role
As our Construction Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities. You’ll work closely with subcontractors, engineers, and consultants to make sure everything runs smoothly—from daily site operations to project completion.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience, decision-making, and people skills will directly impact project quality, timelines, and safety.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing day-to-day construction activities on site
• Leading subcontractors, supervisors, engineers, and site teams
• Making sure work follows approved drawings and project schedules
• Monitoring progress and preparing regular site updates
• Coordinating with consultants and internal departments
• Maintaining quality standards and site safety requirements
• Running site meetings and resolving construction challenges
• Supporting manpower planning and material coordination
• Keeping projects on track and meeting key milestones
• Creating a positive, productive working environment
What We’re Looking For
• At least 20 years of Gulf construction experience
• Strong background in building construction projects
• Valid UPDA certification (mandatory)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of construction methods and site coordination
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ready to join immediately
