About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take the lead on our online advertising and digital growth efforts. Your main goal will be to bring in qualified B2B and retail leads, improve campaign performance, and strengthen our brand presence across search engines and social platforms.
You’ll work closely with management and sales teams, test new ideas, optimize campaigns, and continuously improve results. This role suits someone who enjoys both creativity and analytics.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
• Running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation
• Bringing in consistent, high-quality B2B and retail leads
• Improving ROI through ongoing campaign optimization
• Supporting SEO efforts and improving Google Maps visibility
• Researching keywords and competitors
• Testing ad creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages
• Monitoring budgets and adjusting strategies for better performance
• Tracking results and preparing clear monthly performance reports
• Sharing ideas and recommendations to help grow the business

What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in digital marketing, paid ads, and lead generation

• Basic understanding of SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Comfortable analysing data and making performance-based decisions
• Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
