Job Description
We’re currently looking for a passionate and organized Junior HR Officer to join our team in Dubai. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in human resources, recruitment, and HR administration while gaining real hands-on experience in a professional work environment.
In this role, you’ll be supporting the HR team with daily activities, helping with hiring processes, maintaining employee records, and making sure everything runs smoothly across departments. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and learning new things, this role could be a perfect fit for you.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–2 years of experience or internship in HR, recruitment, or administration
- Basic understanding of HR processes and UAE labor law
- Familiarity with CV screening and interview coordination is a plus
- Good communication and people skills
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with recruitment, including posting jobs, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
- Supporting new employee onboarding and documentation
- Keeping employee records and HR files accurate and up to date
- Managing attendance, leave records, and basic HR reports
- Coordinating with different teams for HR-related tasks
- Helping ensure all HR processes follow company policies and UAE regulations
- Supporting employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Assisting with general HR administration and day-to-day tasks
