Job Description
We’re looking for a smart and reliable Executive Assistant to join our team in Bahrain. If you’re someone who enjoys staying organized, handling office tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations, this could be a great fit for you.
About the Role
In this role, you’ll be helping keep the office running smoothly. You’ll handle a mix of administrative work, coordination, and basic accounts tasks, while also supporting management with daily activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking care of daily office tasks and coordination
- Managing emails, calls, and general communication
- Handling simple accounts work like invoices and expense tracking
- Preparing documents, reports, and keeping files organized
- Supporting management with tasks and follow-ups
- Entering data and updating records using MS Office
- Assisting with basic social media updates when needed
- Making sure everything runs smoothly and on time
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Executive Assistant or admin roles
- Comfortable using computers, MS Office, and basic accounting tasks
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Around 3–4 years of experience in Bahrain is preferred
- Candidates with own visa preferred
- Valid driving license is a plus
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
