About the Role
As a CEO Assistant, you will work directly with the CEO and support the sales team in day-to-day operations. Your role will involve managing documents, coordinating with clients, following up on payments, and keeping records accurate and up to date.
You’ll play an important part in maintaining structure, improving workflow, and ensuring communication between teams remains clear and efficient.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and other important sales documents
- Following up with clients to ensure payments are received on time
- Responding to customer inquiries and managing ticketing requests
- Coordinating logistics and supporting supply chain activities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the CEO
- Assisting the sales team with documentation and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records, files, and internal databases
- Organizing meetings, schedules, and executive documents
- Supporting overall office operations to keep everything running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a CEO Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Sales Administration role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with CRM systems and general sales processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude and ability to manage confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good command of English for client communication
- Experience working within the Middle East market
- Experience supporting senior management
