Full-Time Civil Construction Company Hiring Experienced Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team for ongoing infrastructure and utility projects.
This role is ideal for candidates who have strong experience in quantity surveying, project costing, estimation, tendering, BOQ preparation, and contract management within civil construction and infrastructure works.
If you have worked on roads, drainage systems, water supply networks, sewerage lines, utility installations, or large-scale civil projects, we would love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing BOQs and detailed quantity take-offs
- Reviewing project drawings and specifications
- Managing project costs, budgets, and estimations
- Preparing tender documents and variation claims
- Evaluating subcontractor quotations and invoices
- Monitoring project expenses and maintaining cost control
- Coordinating with engineers, consultants, procurement teams, and site staff
- Assisting with billing, measurements, and project documentation
- Supporting project teams with contractual and commercial matters
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure or utility projects
- Strong understanding of civil construction and utility works
- QS Certification is mandatory
- Good knowledge of estimation, tendering, and contract administration
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and quantity surveying software
- Candidates who can join immediately will have an added advantage
