- Attending meetings and recording meeting minutes when required
- Following up on tasks and maintaining organized communication
Office Administration
- Supporting daily office operations and administration
- Organizing files, records, and confidential company documents
- Coordinating with vendors, service providers, and office staff
- Managing office supplies and administrative requirements
- Supporting front-desk and office coordination activities when needed
Communication & Coordination
- Acting as a communication point between management, staff, clients, and stakeholders
- Maintaining professional communication across departments
- Coordinating meetings, presentations, and internal activities
- Supporting smooth workflow and team coordination
Administrative & Finance Support
- Assisting with petty cash and expense tracking
- Supporting invoice coordination and administrative documentation
- Helping maintain organized business records and reports
- Assisting management with general office and operational support
What We Are Looking For

- Previous experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator
