Job Description
We are currently hiring a Senior Architect Engineer to join a prestigious Royal Commission Project in Jizan. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile development project and collaborate with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
We are looking for a talented architectural professional who is passionate about design, construction, and project delivery, and who can contribute effectively to the successful execution of the project.
What We’re Looking For
- Maximum 12 years of experience in Architecture Engineering.
- Strong experience in architectural design, project coordination, and construction activities.
- Ability to review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Good understanding of building regulations, construction standards, and quality requirements.
- Experience working on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or government projects will be highly valued.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Architect Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and coordinating architectural designs and drawings.
- Ensuring project compliance with client requirements and applicable standards.
- Working closely with engineering and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting site visits and inspections to ensure quality and design compliance.
- Supporting project planning, execution, and timely delivery.
- Identifying and resolving architectural and technical challenges during project implementation.
- Preparing reports, technical documentation, and progress updates when required.
Candidate Requirements
Must currently be located in Saudi Arabia.
Must be available to work on a freelance basis.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
