We’re currently looking for a skilled and detail-focused Estimation Engineer to join our team in Jubail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, drawings, and technical details—and who has hands-on experience with MEP systems and rotating equipment.

About the Role
As our Estimation Engineer, you’ll support project bidding and planning by preparing accurate cost estimates and technical evaluations. You’ll work closely with engineering, procurement, and vendors to make sure every estimate is realistic, competitive, and well organized.
Your day-to-day work will include reviewing drawings, taking quantities, estimating manpower, coordinating with suppliers, and helping prepare tender submissions. This role suits someone who is analytical, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Preparing detailed cost estimates and BOQs
• Working on MEP systems and rotating equipment such as pumps, fans, compressors, heat exchangers, and motors
• Taking quantities from drawings and technical specifications
• Estimating man-hours and supporting tender pricing
• Requesting quotations from vendors and reviewing technical details
• Comparing supplier prices and preparing cost summaries
• Supporting bidding and pre-award activities
• Coordinating with engineering and project teams to clarify scope
• Keeping estimation files, spreadsheets, and documents well organized
• Helping identify cost-saving opportunities where possible
• Preparing simple reports and updates for management
What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 3–8 years of experience in estimation or a similar role
• Practical experience with MEP systems and rotating equipment
• Strong Excel skills (this is essential)
• Experience with industrial, EPC, or maintenance projects is a plus
• Good understanding of drawings and project scopes
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Clear communication skills and a professional attitude
