Full-Time Hiring Fit-Out Supervisor for Commercial and Hospitality Projects
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fit-Out Supervisor to join our team and support the successful delivery of high-quality interior fit-out and finishing projects.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supervising interior works across commercial, retail, hospitality, office, and residential projects. You should be confident managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.
About the Role
As a Fit-Out / Interior Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring that all interior and finishing works are carried out according to project requirements. You will work closely with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver projects that meet client expectations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out and finishing activities on-site.
- Ensure all works are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site progress and maintain productivity to achieve project deadlines.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Inspect completed works and maintain high standards of workmanship and quality.
- Manage installation activities related to gypsum partitions, false ceilings, tiling, painting, joinery, carpentry, flooring, and decorative finishes.
- Conduct material inspections and verify that materials meet project specifications.
- Identify site issues and work proactively to resolve them.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements at all times.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project management.
Candidate Requirements
- 4–7 years of proven experience in interior fit-out, finishing, or construction supervision.
- Experience working on commercial buildings, shopping malls, offices, villas, hotels, hospitality projects, or retail developments.
- Strong understanding of interior finishing materials, installation methods, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site labour teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple site activities effectively.
- Knowledge of Saudi construction practices will be an advantage.
- Valid Saudi Iqama (transferable preferred).
