We’re looking for a talented Architectural Engineer who truly enjoys bringing ideas to life — someone who can blend creativity with technical expertise and confidently handle both interior and exterior design projects. What This Role Is About
In this position, you won’t just be creating drawings — you’ll be shaping real projects from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with different teams, make sure designs meet Saudi Building Code (SBC) standards, and ensure everything runs smoothly from design stage to site execution.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Around 7–10 years of practical experience in design and project execution
- Good understanding of Baladi approvals, KSA regulations, and SBC requirements
- Strong skills in:
- AutoCAD for detailed drawings
- Revit for BIM modelling and coordination
- 3ds Max (or similar) for 3D visuals and presentations
- Hands-on experience with authority submissions and approvals
- Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Someone who communicates well and can coordinate with multiple teams easily
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating design concepts, detailed drawings, and realistic 3D visuals
- Making sure all designs meet local regulations and project standards
- Preparing and reviewing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and material submissions
- Working closely with MEP, structural teams, consultants, and contractors
- Keeping projects on track and meeting deadlines
- Visiting sites to ensure the design is being executed correctly
- Supporting approval processes with municipalities and authorities
- Solving design challenges and improving project outcomes along the way
Extra Skills That Will Help
- Experience with residential, commercial, or large-scale projects in KSA
- Knowledge of sustainable or energy-efficient design practices
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and coordination tools
- Confidence in presenting ideas and designs to clients
